PHOENIX PROJECT – Image Therapy, a Renaissance in Light
What if you gave yourself a real rebirth?
The Phoenix Project is much more than a photoshoot: it's a unique phototherapy experience, designed to help you rediscover yourself, fully accept yourself, and reconnect with your inner light.
For 28 years, I've been supporting women and men through photography. Over the years, one thing has become clear: behind every look, every posture, every silence, there's often a lack of self-confidence, a damaged body image, persistent insecurities, or simply a desire to regain self-esteem.
Naturally, I learned to embrace these fragilities and use images as a powerful lever for personal transformation. This is how this full-fledged photoshoot was born: the Phoenix Project, an approach to image therapy conceived as a ritual of metamorphosis.
Each session takes place in three fundamental stages, guided with kindness and intuition:
A deep exchange to free speech, set intentions and identify emotional or physical blockages.
An intuitive photo shoot, where the lens becomes a revealing mirror. Here, we don't seek to be "beautiful," but to be true, aligned, and whole.
A time of integration and sharing, to discover the images, welcome the emotions they bring up, and emerge from it feeling grown, soothed, reconnected.
The Phoenix Project is for anyone seeking meaning, healing, image enhancement, or simply a reconnection with themselves. It's not necessary to "know how to pose" or enjoy being photographed. The goal is therapeutic, not aesthetic—even if the beauty that emerges is always striking, because it's real.
This phototherapy can be particularly beneficial:
after an emotional shock or a period of transition (bereavement, divorce, burnout, etc.)
in support of psychotherapeutic work
in a process of body acceptance, particularly after weight gain/loss or illness
to mark a turning point in life, an inner rebirth
You are not alone.
You are much more than you think.
And you deserve to finally see yourself as you really are.
01 – First phase: listening, intention, emotional preparation
Before even setting the lens on you, the first step of the Phoenix Project is to create a space of trust and listening. This essential phase is based on an in-depth interview, conducted jointly by the photographer and, if you wish, by a therapist specializing in emotional support.
This time of caring exchange allows us to better understand your specific needs, your deepest expectations, and the areas of vulnerability you wish to soothe or enhance through this phototherapy approach. Whether you wish to reconnect with a softer image of yourself, make peace with a body that has been judged for too long, or simply offer yourself a moment of reconnection with yourself, each intention is welcomed with respect.
We also address any fears you may have about the camera, your doubts, or what you fear appearing in the images. Putting this into words is often liberating: it begins a process of inner transformation.
This personalized and human support allows for a solid foundation to be laid for the session, in an atmosphere of emotional security. It is from this perspective that the magic of image therapy can truly work.
Because before showing yourself, you often have to allow yourself to be seen.

02 – Second phase: choosing the location, highlighting your uniqueness
After having identified together your emotional needs and your personal objectives during the first phase, we move on to the concrete preparation of your image therapy session.
This step involves choosing a location that is deeply aligned with your story, your sensitivity, and the energy you wish to embody or reveal through the images. Whether it's a natural setting bathed in light—a beach, a forest, a hill—or a more intimate, cozy space, each location is carefully selected to allow you to feel fully yourself.
In this phototherapy approach, the setting doesn't just serve as a backdrop: it becomes an extension of your intention, a discreet ally in your process of inner transformation. A symbolic place can even amplify work on self-esteem, reconciliation with one's body, or affirmation of one's identity.
We also adapt the lights, textures and visual ambiances to your current energy, so that every detail contributes to creating an atmosphere conducive to highlighting your uniqueness.
This sensory and emotional preparation is essential so that you can approach the session with gentleness, confidence, and authenticity. This is where the reconnection with yourself through images truly begins.
03 – Third phase: photographic review, self-acceptance, inner transformation
After having identified together your emotional needs and your personal objectives during the first phase, we move on to the concrete preparation of your image therapy session.
This step involves choosing a location that is deeply aligned with your story, your sensitivity, and the energy you wish to embody or reveal through the images. A team committed to your transformation: therapeutic photography and energy treatments
The Phoenix Project is based on the complementarity of two areas of expertise united around the same objective: to help you reconnect with yourself through a sensitive and comprehensive approach to image therapy.
Fabien Lipomi, a photographer specializing in phototherapy, puts his compassionate eye and artistic expertise at the service of your authenticity. For over 28 years, he has sensitively supported those who wish to reconcile with their body image and restore their self-esteem. His method goes far beyond traditional photography: it seeks to capture what resonates within you, allowing you to see yourself differently, without filters or masks.
At her side, Caroline Rambert, a bioresonance and energy healing practitioner, works upstream and in-depth to release emotional and physical blockages that can hinder your relationship with your image. Her holistic approach aims to rebalance the vibrational frequencies of the body and mind, thus facilitating a reconnection to your vital energy and better self-acceptance. Through bioresonance, Caroline helps you regain your inner alignment, an essential element for the photoshoot to be experienced as a true rebirth.
Together, they form a dedicated team that combines the art of imagery, deep listening, and personalized energetic healing. Each Phoenix Project session is designed as a transformative experience, where you are fully embraced in your truth, your vulnerability, and your unique beauty.
Because really seeing each other is sometimes the first step towards finding each other again.
